Problem detected and reported on 22/11/2021 meeting:

si define raw image root pointe sur une sequence, display sequence affiche bien la boite de dialogue mais si l'utilisateur choisit la fluo, c'est le visible qui est affiché.

How to reproduce:

  1. launch Plugins/Ipr/Lipase/Display Sequence
  2. In the dialog window select the sequence to process, the sequence field shows one of the sequence and the channel field displays its channels (in my case [DM300_nofilter_vis, DM300_327-353_fluo]), but is missing the all (for all channels), which is expected to appear first. all appears and can only be chosen if the use selects a sequence first. As a result, if the user doesn't select a sequence, the channel he chooses will be off by one: in my case:
  • if I choose the channel DM300_327-353_fluo, Display Sequence will display DM300_nofilter_vis;
  • if I choose the channel DM300_nofilter_vis, Display Sequence will display all;
