Default Rules
- Use more sets and vars definitions for input/output to avoid multiple rules.
- Allow outgoing icmp.
- Remove DHCP incoming packets. The connection is started by the host, don't need incoming rule.
- Allow outgoing OpenPGP HTTP requests.
